Thereafter journey to Tokachigawa Hot Spring Resort, famous for its hot spring water rich in minerals absorbed from vegetation. This evening, you'll get to put on the "Yukata" and enjoy a sumptuous dinner, after which pamper yourself in one of the Japanese hot spring baths within the hotel. Tokachigawa / Otaru / Sapporo (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) This morning, you'll travel to the charming town of Otaru, a lively port famous for its canal and glasswork shops. Take a photo stop at the Otaru Canal where century-old stone warehouses line both sides of the canal. Then visit Kitaichi Glass Museum reputed for its antique lamps and hand-blown glassware as well as the historical red brick building - the Otaru Music Box Museum, where you can admire all the beautifully crafted music boxes and listen to its heavenly music. After which is free at leisure for you to explore this beautiful town before making our way to Sapporo city for dinner. Accommodation: Ramada Hotel Sapporo or similar |

Sapporo / Ainu Village / Sou-Betsu / Mt Showa / Lake Toya (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) This morning we will visit the Odori Park, where you can enjoy viewing white, purple and pink lilacs during Spring. Next make a stop at Sapporo TV Tower and have a great shopping spree at the Underground Shopping Mall. After lunch, we'll drive pass the historic Clock Tower and proceed to visit Ainu Village, understand their lifestyle through the display of their heirlooms, traditional embroidery, song and dance. After which stop by Sou-betsu Fruit Farm for a memorable fruit-picking experience (subject to seasonality). Then journey to Mt. Showa, an active volcano, follow by visiting Ezo grizzly bears and their cubs at the Bear Ranch. Lastly, take a photo-stop at Lake Toya before we check into an 'onsen' hotel, where you may view fireworks* by the lake in the evening. * Fireworks are organise by the local authority and is subject to change or cancel without prior notice. Lake Toya / Noboribetsu / Hakodate (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) After breakfast, we visit Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley), an explosion crater that was formed 10,000 years ago. After lunch we'll journey to Hakodate, an international port during mid-19th century. A photo-stop at the Goryokaku, Japan's first Western-style fortification followed by the Trappist Convent, noted for the butter and candy produced and sold by the local Trappists. After dinner, we'll go up to Mt. Hakodate to view the world's third most magnificent night views. Tonight relax yourself in the 'onsen' within the hotel after a day's traveling. Hakodate / Tokyo (Breakfast, Dinner) NH854 HKD/HND 1250/1410 After breakfast, we'll visit the popular Hakodate Morning Market, try the freshest sashimi with rice at a knock out price (at own expenses). More than 360 tightly-packed stalls offer for sale various types of fresh seafood such as crabs (kani), salmon eggs (ikura) and sea urchin (uni), and fresh produce such as melons. Then transfer to Hakodate Airport for your flight to Tokyo. Upon arrival in Tokyo, visit the famous Asakusa Kannon Temple. Followed by a walk through Nakamise Shopping Street, a street filled with wide selections of souvenirs and traditional Japanese snacks. Then stop by Ameyoko Market within Ueno, where one can find over 500 shops that sell everything from basic foods to high-class imported goods at reasonable prices.
